Staff Engineer
Role and responsibilities
- Support conventional and specialty retaining wall design, specialty precast concrete design, bridge design, and bridge load rating for transportation projects.
- Assist with project estimating.
- Work in project teams with CAD technicians, engineers, and project managers, providing design support and coordinating day-to-day production and overall progress.
- Occasionally use CAD software for drawing production, incorporated solutions, as-built drawings, or Issued for Construction documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- E.I.T. certification preferred.
- Zero to five years of design experience.
- MicroStation or Autodesk experience preferred.
